The election process is conducted following the approval of the Board of Directors of CERTH and in accordance with Law 4310/2014, as amended and in force, as well as the approved Internal Regulation Plan of CERTH (BoD 570/31.05.2023), as amended and in force (BoD 673/14.03.2025).
