Sustainable and Novel fuel cell applications for Island Energy Systems

- Case of Patmos Island – 

25^th - 26^th  June 2021, Patmos

We are pleased to invite you to attend the second workshop organized by CERTH for the SUNIES project, which will be held on the island of Patmos in cooperation with the Municipality of Patmos on 25^th and 26^th June 2021.

SUNIES (https://www.sunies-fuelcell.eu/) has been addressing the development of integrated solutions based on the SOFC technology. This technology will be tailored for island energy systems, aiming to achieve higher efficiency and flexibility compared to the existing solutions.

This 2-day workshop will include a presentation of SUNIES project and its innovative aspects, the technical terms of the project and the future scenarios that have been studied. On the second day, a tour on the island’s Renewable Energy Sources (RES) site has been arranged and a discussion with the colleagues of the Public Power Corporation (PPC) will take place.
